Term & Conditions
1. General
The general conditions of sale described below form part of any contract to provide service between a client person or entity (commonly referred to below as “Customer”) and Asia Queen Tour.,JSC Company (hereinafter referred to by the term “Halong Junk Tours”). The conclusion by the client of a contract with Asia Queen Tour turn implies that the customer has read, understood and adhered voluntarily under these conditions of sale. Partnership agreements between Halong Junk Tours and travel agency in a foreign subject, meanwhile, with special conditions negotiated and agreed between the parties.
2. Benefits
The services provided by Halong Junk Tours include implementing travel plans which are either predetermined by it and accepted by the customer or constructed in consultation with the client taking into account the specific needs of this dernier. Halong Junk Tours undertakes to ensure and support the clients with all the services specifically listed in the travel program adopted by mutual agreement with the dernier.Halong Junk Tours is nevertheless prepared to provide certain services related to the specific request of the client, such as the obtaining an entry visa to Vietnam or preparing logistics activities not included in the program.
3. Validity of offers to sell
All preset programs and offered on the website of Asia Queen Tour are valid for the duration specified in those same programs.
The proposed rates are in USD (U.S. dollar) and are valid for the duration specified by Halong Junk Tours in pricing, invoice or other document distributed to the client.
During the period of their validity, these rates can be readjusted in cases of hardship, ie cases where, due to unpredictable change of environment of the contract ( excessive fluctuation of exchange rates, new taxes enacted, significant increase in the prices of hotels and transport), Halong Junk Tours can not properly perform the travel program for initial tariffs. In these cases, a reasoned request for readjustment will be sent by Halong Junk Tours customer can either accept or reject. In case of refusal by the client, Halong Junk Tours reserves the right to cancel the program, leaving it to him to reimburse the client the deposit he had paid.
4. Orders
If the client has chosen a travel program, wants to order, it will send to Halong Junk Tours or by email at info@halongjunktours.com or by fax at (0084 4), a formal request provision of services that includes the final travel plans. Acceptance of the application will be confirmed by Halong Junk Tours to the client, the method chosen by him, within a maximum of one week of receipt of the request.
Once confirmation Halong Junk Tours is received, the customer must validate the order by paying Halong Junk Tours a deposit amounting to 30% of the total trip cost, by one mode of payment specified below. An invoice will be prepared and sent to the customer by mail or, if the client wishes, by fax. The customer’s order becomes final.
5. Payment of the balance
The customer must pay to Halong Junk Tours the remainder of the total trip cost (70%) at the beginning of the trip is to say, upon his arrival in Vietnam. The precise modalities of this payment will be shown during the order validation. The client may still pay for everything before coming to Vietnam, the bank charges are paid by him.
The balance one month before the trip is only required if the tour starts in South Vietnam, except otherwise Halong Junk Cruise. In case of breach of it without Asia Queen Tour, the customer order will be deemed void and the provisions in paragraph 7.ai) apply.
6. Change orders
Any modification by the customer’s order must reach Halong Junk Tours at least two weeks before the commencement of the journey.
7. Cancellation of orders
a. Cancellation by Customer
In case of cancellation of the trip, the customer must pay penalties that match:
i) 3% of the total trip cost if cancellation reaches Halong Junk Tours within less than 45 days before the commencement of the journey;
ii) 5% of the total trip cost if cancellation reaches Halong Junk Tours from 31 to 45 days before the commencement of the journey;
iii) 10% of the total trip cost if cancellation reaches Halong Junk Tours from 10 to 30 days before the commencement of the journey;
iv) 15% of the total trip cost if cancellation reaches Halong Junk Tours 4 to 9 days before the commencement of the journey;
v) to 20% of the total trip cost if cancellation reaches Halong Junk Tours of 72 hours to 09 days before the commencement of the journey;
vi) 25% of the total trip cost if cancellation reaches Asia Queen Tour less than 72 hours before beginning the trip.
Halong Junk Tours deducts the amount of such penalty on the deposit paid by the customer. She repaid the client the remaining amount, if any, by bank transfer to the customer bear all bank charges.
The rules mentioned above apply regardless of the reason for cancellation.
b. Cancellation by Halong Junk Tours
Halong Junk Tours reserves the right to cancel the trip occurs when the force majeure events. These unforeseen events, inevitable and irresistible that make travel impossible or dangerous to the client. In all such instances of cancellation, registrants travel program are fully reimbursed, but not entitled to any penalty.
8. Insurance – Support
Any person who participates in an organized trip through Halong Junk Tours must purchase insurance for international travel. This insurance is normally purchased by the client in his home country, possibly with advice from Halong Junk Tours, and must be confirmed prior to commencement of travel.
Halong Junk Tours agrees to provide all appropriate assistance for the client when events occur covered by insurance, including the completion of formalities with the authorities and the insurer.
9. Limitations and Disclaimers
Halong Junk Tours agrees to provide the customer all the services mentioned in the travel program.
During the journey, the traveler must comply with the rules announced by the guide or any other agent of Halong Junk Tours. These are rules to ensure client safety and quality of the travel program.
Any activities the client does not fall within the travel program, and any violation of the country’s Homepage committed by him is not the responsibility of Halong Junk Tours.
Halong Junk Tours is responsible to the client as an intermediary between it and the various service providers (airlines, hotels, airlines, restaurants, boats, …). It must in any case do its best to ensure the best quality services, but do not be confused with the various providers, which in any event, are responsible for their services.
Halong Junk Tours is not responsible for the consequences resulting from a force majeure event.
10. Unused facilities
Halong Junk Tours does not reimburse expenses for benefits under the program but not used by the client. However, if the journey is interrupted in whole or in part for reasons of health, Halong Junk Tours agrees to use its best efforts to obtain service providers to reimburse all or part of the costs of services not consumed.
11. Complaints and Dispute Resolution
Any complaint regarding the achievement of one of the benefits under the program must be addressed in writing to Halong Junk Tours within 30 days after completion of travel.
Any dispute between the client and Halong Junk Tours should be a priority for negotiation.
If no amicable solution could be found, the court of the place of the contract will be competent to decide the dispute.
12. Payment
The currency: Halong Junk Toursaccepts payment in Euros, U.S. dollars or Vietnamese dong.
The customer can choose one of the following payment methods:
A. Bank Transfer: transfer costs are borne by the customer.
The bank Halong Junk Tours will be communicated to the client at the conclusion of the contract to provide services.
B. Credit card
Payment by credit card is possible only for the balance.
We accept the following card types: Visa, Master Card.
Payment by credit card is done in the office Halong Junk Tours, bank fees being charged to the customer.
These costs correspond to 3% for Visa and Master Card.
C. Cash: The cash payment is made at the office of Halong Junk Tours in Euro, U.S. dollars or Vietnamese dong.
